With a variety of fixed & mobile ground handling equipments as well as sophisticated motorized vehicles, the NAS Ramp Services team is ready to service any type of cargo or passenger aircraft. NAS Ramp Services carries out all the relevant Ground Support Equipment activities at flight arrival and departure related to safely unloading and loading of passenger baggage, cargo and mail within the confines of the carriers’ schedule.
NAS constantly provides proactive services to its customer airlines and in keeping with its mission statement, places a significant emphasis on quality,service delivery and customer satisfaction. The NAS Passenger Services team is available 365/24/7 ensuring the highest levels of customer service and a seamless passenger experience is delivered on behalf of our client airlines in all aspects of airport passenger handling. Supporting our frontline customer service delivery team are a support team handling pre-flight editing, counter and gate allocation, queue management, excess baggage collection and post flight messaging.

Engineering & Line Maintenance
Dedicated engineering units perform services vital to on-time turnarounds and departures, such as gate push backs of commercial and military aircraft; scheduled maintenance of motorized and non-motorized ground support equipment, and maintenance of NAS facilities. The engineering department, which includes an operation control center (OCC), is typically located at an airport’s ramp area, giving the OCC the unique advantage of visual contact with aircraft moving on the airfield. The operational control center is fully equipped with communications displays regarding flight schedules and control tower information.

The NAS Aviation Training is one of the region’s few IATA certified training centers. We provide aspiring aviation professionals with all the requisite tools to enjoy a successful career in aviation with a team of highly qualified training professionals, state-of-the-art infrastructure and on the job training.
NAS security assists government agencies, civil authorities and customer airlines in implementing security controls at airports, cargo warehouses and other facilities. When a threat is identified NAS security acts on directives from customer airlines or local authorities.
